Our Focus

Junior high students are at a key time in their lives when they’re learning how to manage their time, classes and homework. Organization is a vital life skill and one we focus on at this age. It’s also a time of self-discovery, so we have different opportunities for our junior high students to grow in their self-esteem, their friendships and in their walk with the Lord.

TDA Junior High School Class Descriptions

At TDA, our junior high students engage in a well-rounded curriculum that blends academic rigor with spiritual growth. Core subjects include math, language arts, science, social studies, and Bible studies, with hands-on activities and interactive learning. Students also participate in electives like P.E., art, and drama, fostering creativity and physical development. Our goal is to prepare students academically while strengthening their faith and character.

JH Extra-Curricular Activities

We have tremendous opportunities for our junior high students, to grow in leadership and responsibility, while having a ton of fun. To name a few: Junior High Student Council, local service projects, competitive sports programs (soccer, basketball, and volleyball), worship team, and targeted Bible studies.

Like Daniel in Babylon, we seek to equip our high school students with academic excellence and spiritual discernment to walk confidently into their next chapter.
Elementary
With curiosity and enthusiasm, our elementary students grow academically and spiritually through hands-on learning, enrichment activities, and prayer.
SOAR
SOAR is a research-based, multisensory program that supports struggling students and guides them back to regular classes.

I have taught at The Daniel Academy from 2011-present (2013), and am continually amazed at what the Lord is doing in and through this school. I have seen the school and administration from a casual perspective as a volunteer in 2011, and now am involved in many of the day-to-day activities as a teacher and member of various extra-curricular programs. I have rarely seen such gracious and caring leadership in my professional experience, and continue to work at The Daniel Academy because of the quality of people I am around on a daily basis.
